In Pursuit of Rhythm: Exploring Life-Giving Order, Patterns, and Practices

4 Thursdays 7-8pm Oct 29 - Nov 19
Zoom Virtual Meeting

In Chris Hall’s “Learning Resilience” talks earlier this fall, he mentioned “3 Rs” that help us build resilience: remembrance, reorientation, and rhythm. As a follow up to his presentations, John and Nina Whitnah will host a zoom short course entitled “In Pursuit of Rhythm: Exploring Life-Giving Order, Patterns, and Practices.”

Building on a foundation of Benedictine spirituality, the course will include presentations and conversations that facilitate reflecting on and nurturing our individual and communal endeavors toward wholistic and sustainable rhythms.

Dr. Lauren Whitnah, Medieval History scholar, will join us October 29 for a presentation on St. Benedict’s life, Rule, and impact.

Mark your calendars now; the four sessions (all on Thursday) will be from 7:00-8:00pm on October 29, November 5, 12, 19. Look for Zoom information in the Wednesday email.
